Psychological - Psychosocial Tests

Psychological test items include standardized tests of mood state (depression, anxiety and stress), sleep, eating disorder (anorexia bulimia), emotional intelligence (self esteem, empathy - intuition, social relationships) and personality (NEO, extroversion - introversion, openness - closedness, agreeableness, conscientiousness) that have been examined in healthy and clinical populations (Costa & McCrae, 1995; Gordon et al., 2005; Gurubhagavatula et al., 2004; Kemp et al., 2005b; 2005a; Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995a; 1995b; Maislin et al., 1995; McCrae & Costa, 2003). The psychological report also includes physical and psychological trauma history and description, use prescription medications (dosage and type), alcohol, tobacco and drug use and type, history of learning disability or dyslexia or ADHD - ADD, family and personal neurological, medical and surgical history, and body mass index (BMI).
